As many of you know, this Thanksgiving we decided to let you, our clients, choose where we should donate funds within our local community. We are thrilled to let you know that 200 of you participated, and we donated a total of $20,000 in your honor to 52 local charities we all hold dear!
Organizations that received donations include: Big Brothers Big Sisters, SLO Food Bank, The American Cancer Society, Woods Humane Society, Boys and Girls Club of South San Luis Obispo County, and many others. Please see below for a complete list of organizations that received donations in your honor.
We are so happy to be able to do this and hope these donations make a small difference. SLO Food Bank, for example, reports that our donation provided 43,000 meals, as they are able to turn every dollar into seven nutritious meals!
